It’s been a year of growth and innovation for PrimeXBT, as we’ve focused on delivering major product updates that expand and improve our offering. Our commitment to providing the best possible trading experience is reflected in the recognition we’ve received, with PrimeXBT winning various awards so far this year for the quality of our services. We’ve also continued to strengthen our regulatory standing, reinforcing the trust our clients place in us.
Expansion of regulatory licence
PrimeXBT places regulatory compliance at the core of its operations to ensure clients trade in a safe, secure, and transparent environment. In 2025, we successfully expanded upon our Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) licence in South Africa, receiving authorisation under our South Africa entity, PrimeXBT (PTY) Ltd, to offer Crypto services. As one of the first regulated brokers in the region to offer both digital and traditional assets, we see this as a major step forward in secure and regulated Crypto adoption in South Africa and the wider world.
Product updates
We’ve released massive product updates this year, adding new features, functionalities and integrations to our all-in-one platform. PrimeXBT clients now have more ways to trade and invest, along with greater flexibility in payment options, rewards and fee discounts. These updates are designed to create more opportunities for our users, reflecting our commitment to prioritising their needs and delivering a trading experience that truly supports their growth.
Bridging the gap between digital & traditional markets
Our all-in-one platform now combines Crypto Futures, instant Crypto exchange functionality, and CFD trading on the popular MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform and our native PXTrader under one broker environment. We’ve focused on building a unified trading experience that allows our clients to seamlessly transition between traditional and digital assets, providing unmatched flexibility. We also added over 100 new instruments to our offering, including major global Stocks.
Offering more for less with cashback, referral gifts & VIP tiers
At PrimeXBT, we’ve always followed a client-centric approach, empowering our users to trade more for less. We added new features to our Rewards Center and Referral Program in 2025, giving our traders more ways to manage, earn, and redeem rewards. This includes the introduction of cashback, where clients can get back up to 20% of their trading fees or CFD spreads. They can also send friends gifts of up to $100 in rewards, earning a 20% commission on the trading activity of anyone they refer to us. And, with the introduction of VIP Tiers, clients can now receive fee discounts of up to 50% based on their trading volume.
Providing flexibility with swap-free accounts & new payment options
We’re a global broker that’s committed to providing localised, inclusive, and accessible trading experiences for our clients around the world. That’s why we introduced a swap-free account option on MT5 this year, providing our traders with greater flexibility and transparency. We also onboarded new payment options including Neteller, a globally recognised provider, alongside localised options like JazzCash and EasyPaisa in Pakistan, and local bank transfers in Argentina, among others.

That’s why we’ve invested in various educational initiatives and CSR activities this year, helping develop our clients’ knowledge and supporting charitable foundations doing important community work.
Investing in trader education
We’re committed to giving our traders everything they need to take on the markets. That includes providing access to free educational content to help clients grow and improve their skills. So far this year we’ve hosted exclusive in-person trading seminars across South Africa, live trading sessions during market volatility, and launched a new webinar series in Pakistan. We’re invested in our clients’ success and our continuous focus on providing high-quality, accessible trading education is proof of that.
Giving back to local communities
We’ve always believed in the power of community and our ability to make a positive impact outside of the trading industry. That’s why we’re always looking for new ways to give back to the local communities through important CSR activities. In 2025, as part of our Ramadan initiatives, we supported leading organisations across Asia that focus on providing accessible education to underprivileged children. This included donations to charitable foundations in Pakistan, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia, as part of an effort to help build a brighter future for these children.
