Bitcoin has finally reached new all-time highs! Following the results of the U.S. elections, we saw a remarkable surge in volatility overnight. Currently, Bitcoin is trading just above $74,000, though in the early hours this morning, it briefly climbed to over $75,000, setting new records.
A closer look at the technicals suggests that the next logical area for price discovery, if the upward trend continues, would be around $80,000. I’ll be monitoring price action closely throughout the day to see how near we get to this level. The RSI indicator doesn’t currently indicate that the price action is “overbought,” suggesting room for further growth.
