Spot XRP ETFs booked their eighth straight week of net inflows, but a red trading day and a no-flow Friday revived doubts about the depth of investor demand.
For the eighth consecutive week, the spot XRP ETFs attracted almost $19 million in net inflows. The total came in well below the prior week's figure. The last full week of August was the strongest of 2026 for the funds, gaining over $110 million, the best showing since early December 2025.
The pace then slowed. Investors added a more modest $5.64 million on August 31. Double-digit inflows returned on September 1 with $14.38 million.
But the trend reversed midweek. On Wednesday, withdrawals of $7.20 million dominated trading, marking the first red day for the Ripple ETFs since August 5. Thursday brought a rebound as $6.14 million entered the funds. Friday closed as a no-inflow day, with SoSoValue data showing flows of $0.00.
Even with the pause, the cumulative total net inflows reached another all-time high of $1.68 billion. Wednesday's outflows broke a streak that had run for close to a month, and Friday's no-reportable-flows session revived concerns that had faded in recent weeks. Before the market-wide revival that began after August 19, the spot XRP ETFs had seven such no-flow days out of 11 trading days in August. The broader weekly total still finished bullish, extending the streak of consecutive green weeks to eight.
